My introduction to yoga was an informal Kundalini class in Hawaii 2006. I developed a self-practice with just 3 kriya, and it was not until 2013 that I discovered GuruRamDas – hence my first visit to a yoga studio!

I practiced karate for years, played many team sports and had various gym memberships – however, since practicing Kundalini yoga I find it integral to my being well – it supports and strengthens me mentally, physically and spiritually; inspiring me to be my best self. I completed KRI Level I Teacher Training in 2013 and 2015 and feel it a privilege to be a teacher of these profound teachings.
